Hotel a Fort Mitchell

“Reserved a king accessible & at check in they didn’t have any more of those rooms, with no explanation…the man claimed to not know why, so we got a double queen. The bath room was awful, the microwave was broken and one of the queen beds made a very loud noise whenever the sleeper moved. i thought it was going to collapse. Over all, the bathroom was the worst!!”

“Hotel needs some updating and Boogie Nights isn’t the same. Pay to get in but that doesn’t include seating apparently. Ridiculous.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub. ”

“The room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay. We had to ask to have the room vacuumed The staff do not even acknowledge you. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee supplies Very poor housekeeping ”

“Just like holiday inn express. Just trade the breakfast, and pool for a recliner, desk, and complete kitchen in the room. great for contractors, or families that actually cook food.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with many options. Convenient location. Clean rooms, comfy beds, but dated furniture. The only issue was that the deluxe double room states that it has one bedroom but it is actually a studio room, 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, and kitchen all in one open space. Would stay again, but room description should be updated.”
